Quiet location, 5 minutes' walk to Interactive Aquarium. Variety of absolutely fantastic and awesome breakfast items to choose from.

This hotel was lovely base for exploring Cancun, loved it and property’s caring and very attentive staff who gave such personal service. Booked a room with absolutely stunning views of the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and awesome, the check in was quick.

The offered breakfast was incredible and awesome and included plenty of options. I was offered a room with wonderful views of the ocean. The location turned out to be magnificent and amazing, near the Tequila restaurant, and mall, restaurants, clubs, bars.

The breakfast here is absolutely amazing, and the food is so delicious; the superior room is newly renovated with a beautiful view, and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

The rooms were large and updated with great views of the ocean. A Jacuzzi bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Booked a room with absolutely stunning views of the beach and lagoon side from the roof. The location was peaceful, only 5 minutes walk to La Isla Shopping Village. There was a good restaurant, a shopping mall and gift stores next door.

The hotel is my go-to in Cancun. The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff is so friendly and gave me personal service. The bed is comfortable. The room is huge and has a beautiful ocean view.

Family Deluxe suites were loved. Lobby small but clean and pretty. Staff attentive, friendly, and helpful. Luis Ruiz outstanding fitness trainer. Good food, restaurant opens at 6pm, not ideal for young kids. Beautiful smaller resort. Treated like royalty. Hotel Zone location, easy access to strip or red bus. Enjoyed Italian and Asian food. Daily entertainment. Amazing beach. Wish for adults-only pool area. Unpleasant interactions with unruly families. Adult-only areas/dining times would help. Reviewer appreciates the review above.

The location and beach are amazing. We loved the spacious and clean bedrooms with a jacuzzi. The food at the restaurants, especially Bocelli, was varied and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel like royalty. The pool area had delicious food and snacks, and the beach was clean and luxurious. The entertainment, from pool activities to nighttime shows, was enjoyable. The kids loved the playroom and the kids pool. a highly recommended experience as young holiday goers.

Hotel is not excellent but good enough.

Small hotel, for a few days. The services give you the price in dollars, if you want to pay with national card in pesos, they apply you the currency exchange they want (what a coincidence that is much higher than the market) so for Mexicans any service is more expensive than for foreigners. VERY BAD.

Nice service and stunning location close to mall, restaurants, clubs, bars, and a Luby's cafeteria. The staff was really cool all the time. The room was impressive and comfy with a good view over the lagoon. Had a fabulous stay in a long time.
